1. Returns Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Custom or personalized items are non‑returnable.
  • Sale items and clearance merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  2. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving your RMA, at your expense.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund approval or rejection. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non‑refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product (e.g., wrong size or color), simply email us and ship the original item back following the return procedure. We will dispatch the replacement once we receive your return.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days after approval, please:
